Fees

Creative Dispute Resolutions strives to assign the best-suited professional for every dispute. That includes not only assigning someone with the relevant subject matter expertise and the right style, but also someone with an appropriate hourly rate. For our ADR services, the rates for the professionals vary from $225 to $400 per hour based on the experience of the professional and the subject matter of the dispute. Please contact us to discuss specific rates for each professional.

There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 to be paid by each party to the dispute. Other than this initial fee, there are no other filing or administrative fees to be paid by the parties.
